Article 1 – Organisation of the Offer
Agence Plus, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer,” is organizing an offer entitled “Referral Offer” as part of its referral program.

Article 2 – Purpose of the Offer
The offer, which is free of charge and reserved for users of software marketed by Agence Plus, consists of granting one month of free software subscription to Agence Plus clients who have referred a subscription to either the “Habitation” or “Shops and Offices” software. It also includes offering the godchildren (referred clients) free setup and initial training fees. Participation in the offer implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as “the Rules.”

Article 3 – Dates and Duration
The Offer runs from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, inclusive. The Organizer reserves the right to extend the participation period or postpone any announced dates.

Article 4 – Conditions of Participation and Validity

4.1 Conditions of Participation
The offer is open to all Agence Plus clients (the sponsors) and to all prospective clients wishing to subscribe (the referees). Agence Plus reserves the right to carry out any necessary verification regarding the identity and contact details of participants. Any false or fraudulent information will result in disqualification. Participation is personal and nominative. Agence Plus will verify compliance with these conditions, particularly when awarding the prize, which the participant expressly accepts. If these conditions are not met or if the participant refuses to justify them, Agence Plus may exclude said participant and withhold the prize. Participation becomes effective: Upon receipt of the online participation form on the dedicated referral page of the website www.agence-plus.fr , to be completed by the sponsor. After it has been signed at Agence Plus.

4.2 Validity of Participation
The prizes for the sponsor and the referee will only be awarded after the referee has signed a contract with Agence Plus. Participation in the offer is valid only if all information relating to the sponsor is known to and verified by Agence Plus (name, surname, email or postal address, phone number, agency), and provided that the referee’s contract takes effect during the offer period. Any subscription with an effective date after the end of the offer will not be considered. Additionally, the referee’s contract date cannot precede that of the sponsor. Any request will be deemed invalid if: The sponsor’s identity, address, or status information proves inaccurate, The referral form is submitted after the referee’s contract signing date, The referral did not result in an active subscription by the referee(s) during the offer period, The referee’s subscription is incomplete.

4.3 – How to Refer
The sponsor must visit the dedicated contest page (“www.” ) and complete the online form. This form must include both the sponsor’s and the referee’s information at the time of the request.

Article 5 – Description of the Rewards
The rewards offered are as follows: For the sponsor: one month of free subscription (excluding options, limited to 12 referees per year). For the referee: free setup and initial training fees.

Article 6 – Force Majeure / Reservations
The Organizer shall not be held liable if, due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, the offer must be modified, shortened, or canceled. The Organizer reserves the right to carry out any checks deemed necessary to ensure compliance with these Rules, in particular to exclude any participant who has made false, misleading, or fraudulent statements.

Article 7 – Disputes
Any difficulty in applying or interpreting these Rules shall be resolved exclusively by the Organizer. No telephone inquiries or claims concerning the interpretation or application of these Rules will be answered. Any complaint relating to the offer must be submitted in writing to the following address: contact@agence-plus.com . No claim will be accepted more than eight days after the closing date of the offer.
