Agence Plus negotiator sponsorship program

Article 1 - Organization of the Contest
Agence Plus, hereinafter referred to as “the organizer,” is organizing a free contest entitled “Referral Program,” as part of its referral program, hereinafter referred to as “the Contest.”

Article 2 - Purpose of the Contest
The Contest, which is free and reserved for users of software marketed by Agence Plus, consists of offering gift cards to Agence Plus customers who, between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, have referred someone to subscribe to the residential software or commercial and office software or to create a website.
It also consists of offering referrals an 80% discount on software installation fees and “First Use” training.
Participation in the Contest implies the participants' unreserved acceptance of these Rules in their entirety, hereinafter referred to as “the Rules.”

Article 3 - Date and duration
The Contest runs from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, inclusive. The organizer reserves the right to extend the participation period and to postpone any announced date.

Article 4 - Conditions of participation and validity of participation

4-1 Conditions of participation
The contest is open to all Agence Plus customers (referrers) and any future customers wishing to take out a subscription (referees).
Agence Plus reserves the right to carry out all necessary checks regarding the identity and contact details of participants. Any false or fraudulent information will result in the cancellation of participation. Participation is personal and based on surname. Agence Plus will verify these terms and conditions of use, particularly when awarding the prize, which the participant expressly accepts. If these conditions are not met or if the participant refuses to justify them, Agence Plus may exclude the participant from the contest and not award them a prize.
Participation will be considered valid:
Upon receipt of the online participation form on the dedicated referral page of the website www.agence-plus.fr, to be completed by the referred friend.
After it has been signed by Agence Plus.

4-2 Validity of participation
The prize for the referrer and the referee will only be awarded after the referee has signed a contract with Agence Plus.
Participation in the contest is valid if all information relating to the referrer is known to Agence Plus and proven to be accurate (last name, first name, email address or postal address or telephone number, agency), and provided that the referral's contract is signed during the contest period, and no later than July 31, 2024. Any referral whose effective date is after the contest period will not be taken into account.
Furthermore, the referral's signature date cannot be earlier than the client's signature date.

Any participation in the Contest will be considered invalid if:
• the referrer's identity, address, or status information proves to be inaccurate,
• the referral form is submitted after the referral's sign-up date,
• the referral in question did not result in the referral(s) signing up during the contest period,
• the referral's sign-up is incomplete.

4-3 – How to refer someone?
The referred person must go to the contest page at “www.” and fill out the form.
They must provide their information as well as that of the referrer when requesting information.

Article 5 – Prizes
The prizes are:
- for the referrer: Illicado gift cards worth €80. The gift card must be activated by the participant on the website after receipt and is valid for 12 months.
- for the referee: 50% discount on software installation costs and on the “First use” training course.

Article 6 - Delivery or collection of the prize
The organizer will take the necessary steps to deliver the prize (gift card) or make it available, without this constituting an obligation of result. The organizer cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for an incorrect email or postal address or for delivery being made impossible due to any technical problem beyond its control. Similarly, it is not the organizer's responsibility to search for the contact details of winners who cannot be reached due to an invalid or illegible email address, or an incorrect postal address.

Article 7 – Details regarding the prize
The prize (gift card) awarded is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. The prize is strictly personal and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other type of service.

Article 8 – Force majeure/reservations
The organizer cannot be held liable if, due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, the Contest has to be modified, shortened, or canceled. The organizer reserves the right to carry out any checks it deems necessary to ensure compliance with the Rules, in particular to exclude any participant who has made an inaccurate, false, or fraudulent statement.

Article 9 - Disputes
Any difficulty in applying or interpreting the Rules shall be decided exclusively by the organizer. No telephone requests or complaints concerning the application or interpretation of these Rules will be answered. Any disputes or complaints relating to the Contest and the prize draw must be made in writing to the following address: contact@agence-plus.com. No disputes will be considered eight days after the close of the Contest.

Article 10 – Consultation of the Rules
A copy of these Rules is available and can be consulted throughout the duration of the Contest at the following address: https://www.agence-plus.fr/operation-parrainage/. A copy of the Rules will be sent free of charge upon written request to the organizer by email at contact@agence-plus.com or by phone at +33 (0)1 40 89 39 80.
